Recipe Description

Meet Our New Wood River Creamery Cheddar Gruyere Spreadable Cheeses and Gouda Gruyere Cheese. Create an Easy, Elegant Charcuterie Board Your Guests Will Love!

Ingredients

Cheese

Meat

  • Salami
  • Chorizo (Spicy)

Crunch

  • Wheat Thins
  • Rosemary Water Crackers
  • Lightly Salted Mixed Nuts

Fruits & Spreads

  • Dried Apricots
  • Honey, served in a small dish
  • Fig Spread, in a small bowl

Acidic / Palate Cleansers

  • Marinated Kalamata Olives, in a small bowl

Decoration

  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Arrange the Cheese:
    • Place the Wood River Creamery Cheddar Gruyere cheese spreads in small serving bowls, each with a cheese knife or spreader.
    • Arrange the Gouda Gruyere cheese cubes and squares in a cluster near one of the spreads.
  2. Arrange the Meat:
    • Fold the salami slices in halves or quarters and fan them out for a visually appealing pattern.
    • Place the spicy chorizo slices nearby, especially close to the Triple Pepper Cheese Spread for a matching flavor profile.
  3. Add the Crunch:
    • Pile the Wheat Thins in one area and line up the Rosemary Water Crackers in a neat row or curve around the edge of the board.
    • Sprinkle small clusters of lightly salted mixed nuts throughout the board.
  4. Incorporate Fruits & Spreads:
    • Place dried apricots in a small pile for sweetness.
    • Pour honey into a small dish and add a honey dipper for easy drizzling.
    • Spoon the fig spread into a small bowl and place near the cheeses.
  5. Add the Palate Cleansers:
    • Serve marinated Kalamata olives in a small bowl and position them near the cheese for easy access.
  6. Decorate:
    • Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs around the board to add a festive and fragrant holiday touch.
  7. Serve:
