Gouda is one of the most popular cheeses worldwide. It can vary in flavor depending on how it is made and aged. Our mild Gouda has a rich, buttery, slightly sweet flavor.
Pairings
For our mild Gouda we recommend pairing it with beers and wines with just enough flavor to compliment its buttery, slightly sweet flavor. For wine this could be merlot, pinto grigio, beaujolais or a riesling. For beers we like pale lagers, English style pale ales, and hefeweizen. Experimenting may be necessary to discover which you like best with this Gouda.
